Attorney - Business & Real Estate Litigation
?? El Segundo, CA (Hybrid) | ?? $180,000-$225,000 Base + Lucrative Bonus Structure

A well-established and growing law firm in El Segundo is seeking an Associate Attorney with 5+ years of business and real estate litigation experience. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated matters from inception through trial while enjoying a flexible hybrid schedule, strong support staff, and a realistic billable requirement.

  • Manage business and real estate litigation matters through all phases of litigation
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances
  • Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in complex disputes
  • Work closely with managing attorneys and experienced paralegal support
  • Active California Bar membership
  • 5+ years of plaintiff and/or defense litigation experience
  • Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
  • Ability to independently manage cases while collaborating with a team

Compensation & Incentives

  • Base Salary: $180,000-$225,000 DOE
  • Annual Billable Bonuses: Up to $30,000
  • Quarterly Bonuses: Up to $12,500 per quarter
  • 10% Referral Commission on collected fees from work originated by you
